With the potential that the house offers with its volumes, its spaces, its decoration, its layout, its location etc., I wanted it to be shared into a magnificent gîte for 10 people. (maximum 14 people) beyond 10 people, an increase of 35 euros per additional bed is requested

With its 350m² of living space, around an interior patio and its terrace overlooking it, 5 large bedrooms await you with private bathroom and toilet for 3 of them, a large bathroom and toilet being shared for the other 2

On the ground floor, 90m² of living room/living room, there is a pretty kitchen for budding cooks, a fully equipped pantry and 2 independent bedrooms (shower room and toilet).

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, with bathroom and private toilet for the Terrace. Cocoon and Super Heroes sharing a space with 2 showers, a toilet and 2 sinks. A 20m2 mezzanine dominates the living room.

All configurations possible with our 80x200 beds which can be twinned or not in 160x200

Finally, for the pleasure and well-being of all, under the shelter, a heated swimming pool of 10m x 3m (depth 90cm/130cm), the jacuzzi and the sauna.

Located on 1 hectare of land, in the middle of fields, you are "alone in the world"!

However, you will be able to discover the charms of our region and department, because it will only take you 30 minutes to visit TOULOUSE, ALBI (cathedral listed as a UNESCO world heritage site) or MONTAUBAN
